i tested out the sheild rechargers and they are not working on any of my suits its odd its sopost to reduse the charge time of the shileds and it does nothing can you ples fix this and thanks

the rails are so powerful that a milisha rail can kill proto like no other and needs a nurf i play a logi that got hit with half a clip and died and i have 588 sheild and 463 arrmor its op it needs changed to make the game balanced agen.
